According to the company, fundraising campaigns by users had always come around off the platform. And though, users have had success with crowd-funding campaigns, it wants to let fans donate to their favorite video channels directly through YouTube.

The new additions are expected in the coming months, whilst these new features are the latest in a series of changes aimed at improving the experience for video creators, YouTube maintains that improvement on its comment management system, and a new way to allow users to make money on the cover song video is paramount.
